It's really confusing cause I can't hear difference between ح and the letter ه . I'm a native English speaker and I absolutely cannot hear the difference. Redditors have shared a variety of effective methods and resources to help you master the Arabic alphabet, grammar, and vocabulary. I am tempted to treat all sounds in each row as the letter I have put in bold; so, for example, when I hear the letters on row 3, they all sound like an English "th" to me.
